I think webmail is more used via imap4, but it seems also possible via
pop3, and even with james and the openwebmail

If you look around, you will prolly find many other webmail working with
pop3.
For white/black list, we rely on mailets.

We are working on documentation, but for now, you need to download,
test, and add mailets further to the given links and the samples you can
find
