Wow, "Useless" is a pretty strong word and it appears it's a relative
concept in this case.  What you find useless is what we find useful.
Anyway, why don't we change the tone of this email to be a bit more
positive?  How about we discuss the alternatives to James?

The reason we chose James over other products (over 3 years ago) was that it
allowed us to write specialized business code in the Mailet using Java.  We
evaluated over 10 products and none of the other Email servers did that.
Now things may have changed.  Does anyone know of any comparable product
that has Mailet like functionality?
