Hi there enable javamail debug to get a better idea. I guess its
something related to your ptr record.

To enable javamail debug you can add this to the RemoteDelivery config:

<RemoveDelivery>
  ..
  ..
  <mail.debug>true</mail.debug>
</RemoteDelivery>
