Trying to set up James 3.0 by working thru the quick start here:

Step 1:
Download *james-server-container-spring-3.0-beta3-bin.zip* from
http://james.apache.org/download.cgi#Apache_James_Server
There is no link on that page for the file mentioned.
Finally figured out I just need the *apache-james-3.0-beta3-app.tar.gz*
file that is referenced in the Step 2 unzip command.
Actually, the zip file didn't work for me (failed to unzip) and I got
the tgz, which did.
Anywho, the file names are a bit confusing.
It's started now but I'm having some permission issues when running the
CLI, prolly my stuph.
