Once in the queue, even if you delete the user, the mail will follow its life.

James will try to send a certain amount of time (depending on your RemoteDelivery mailet configuration in mailetcontainer.conf), to finally be removed from the spool.

You could go via JMX and remove it from the queue if you have the name of the mail to manual remove it.

Is this a normal behavior? Well, I think so.

Thx, Eric

So,

A user had sent mail to a newsgroup and that newsgroup's SSL certificate was
invalid.
Which caused the mail to attempt to resend many times.

It seemed to try to resend forever actually, still looking into this.

The user then killed their account. And I manually did a
../james-cli -h localhost removeuser blahblah

But the mail kept on trying to resend.
Is this correct?

I killed the mail by killing james and killing the mail queue.
Which is like the chain saw to the blade of grass.

Is there a better way to kill/flush mail for a certain user?
