As long as Apache james generating a new uidvalidity number for each instance
of james. I'm assuming it is a random number.
The client should see the new uidvalidity and then think "hmmm, different server.
should check uids"

That's exactly what I was thinking when I read the RFC. I'm going to
recheck the code and see what generates the UIDVALIDITY value.
