Googling on ORA-12519 (see [1]), your db connection parameters would
need some more tuning when the load is high.
You can read the available parameters on James 2.3 [2] (idle-timeout and
max-connections). Also have a look at source code and configuration,
there can be more options available...
Btw, James 3 provides full access to connection pool parameters.

All applications running on the same server and there's only me using it
when testing it. The error occurs usually when there are a lot of mails in
INBOX(more than 40). I can't find the reason, all should be good.
