Hi, Which version are you using? The default config should not use var/mail/outgoing for anything, so I assume you tuned the config? Please provide detailed information on your config/settings and also any relevant message in the log files (having remaining files in a folder means there was an issue during the processing, hopefully showing relevant details in the log files).
