SOLVED/CONFIRMED.  I hit up Tanuki Software for trial license for 64-bit
Windows.  After updating the wrapper.conf file with the generated keys, this
works just fine.  Will blog all about it later and update JIRA.  I also put
James on a 32-bit XP box, used Java 1.6, the Quick start works just fine.

I have the same issue on 64 bits linux, I have to workaround copying the
32 bits wrapper to the 64 bits one.
