Hi everyone, I figured out where the file is. It could be found inside this JAR:
*JAMES_HOME*/lib/james-server-spring-3.0.0-beta5-SNAPSHOT.jar I just had to add my custom configuration at spring-server.xml inside this JAR and everything worked fine!
