We are using James for several years now and switched to 3.0 as soon as
the IMAP acces and maildir format where supported. Because of some
historical reasons we not only add Mailets to James but are now working
on some small changes:
- LDAP authorisation for IMAP login
- more than one mailserver for one domain
We have started to change James but i am interested in putting
developments back to the public. So i am very interested in keeping
James alive and "grow".

We could have an info session on #james irc.
Timezone of the participants will define the timeslot.

Yes. I agree. Maybe we could do a few go to meeting sessions with a
moderator so other developers would have an opportunity to know James
and consequently get involved in the community.

Hello,
I would love to participate to the development of James. But I find
the first step of finding my may in the code and all just too great.
With a mentor, on the other hand, I am sure I could make it. If
somebody is willing to try, please contact me directly.
Cheers,

Hi Paul,
I was wondering about as well. Though the product may be good, there
doesn't seem to be much community interaction anymore.
Is this project heading for the attic?

Pierre Smits

Can anyone explain this project's status?
