Hi, The problem was with some depandancies for this mailet : as I had no meaningful logs, I was unable to locate the failing dependencies.
As a temporary warkaround, I compiled my mailet with jar-with-dependency using maven. And I had to add it by hand to the classpath the way you describe it. ( I tried it before but having a non satisfied dependency, I couldn't see any improvements ). It now works, thank you very much everybody.
