I have set up the following mailet in the "root" processor: <mailet class="Redirect" match="RecipientIs=pr...@impscloud.com"> <recipients>pr...@presencebpm.com</recipients> <to>to</to> <inline>unaltered</inline> <passThrough>FALSE</passThrough> <static>TRUE</static> </mailet> However when I log onto SMTP and try to set pr...@impscloud.com as the RCPT TO address I get: 550 5.1.1 Unknown user: pr...@impscloud.com Is this normal?
