When 3.8.2 or 3.9 comin up

Hi there to all, looking on fixes list on github i think pretty much time
passed after 3.8.1.When we can see new version? :) i wanna test it, for now
i cant find any bugs from docker made by Benoit Tellier. Thanks for this :)
