Spring version 3.8.1 Not On Mirrors (?)

I tried to download the 3.8.1 Spring version from the main download page 
and got an error that 3.8.1 is not on any mirrors or in any archive.   
Same message trying to download 3.7.5 Spring version.  Any idea when it 
will be available or alternative spring versions?  URL:
