There's a big difference between a whinge about what's cooler, and
what generic technology platform one should embrace to do things in a
simpler, easier, cheaper, faster, better manner. The current
discussions are not about what's cool, but about what's smart.

My customers need *me* to make these kinds of decisions for them. They
need *me* to be smart for them. So what would I do?
