* fixed a bug in mergePlaces which ignored the possible occurrence of arc
weights (so if the tho places p1 and p2 to be merged shared a transition in
their preset, the arc weight to the new place p12 was that of p2 although it
should the sum of the arcs to p1 and p2) (see bug #12160
