Log:
added two Makefile targets to organize patching:
* "make patch" creates a patch
* "make patched" applies a patch (assuming a file *.patch in the directory)
The targets assume the tools "svn", "patch", "grep", "awk", and "read" to be
found in the path. Warnings hopefully avoid accidents.
