Log:
vorerst finale, kommentierte version der fragmente, connections und sccs;
standard debug ausgabe noch enthalten, und der wrapper für die sccs nutzt noch
nicht
die tarjan ids (enthalten aber auskommentiert), sondern erstellt nur die
trivialen sccs.
die konkreten connections werden nun nach dem aufbau der og durch ein
transitionssystem "befuellt",
dass heisst die verknuepfung der sccs (jeweils paare) jeweils zweier
miteinander verbundener
fragmente werden erstellt.
