Log:
* extended mergePlaces and mergeTransitions by parameter addWeights to
determine whether weights of merged arcs should be added (needed by Murata-only
reduction)
* modified Murata-reduction rules: They now will only apply, if the weight of
involved arcs is 1 (except the self-loop ones)
* Bug #12442: "PNAPI: Reduktion auf Netze mit Transitionen ohne Nachbereich
schlägt fehl" should now be fixed
