task #6424 (https://gna.org/task/?6424): merging and composition working
* moved merge()-functions to component classes
* reimplemented merging
* replaced mergeParallel*() by merge-Parameter addArcWeights
* included tests for merging and composition
* removed more obsolete tests
* added TODO comments for some PetriNet functions
* added reduce() and criteria checks to public interface (probably not yet
working)
* removed obsolete, deprecated and bpel2owfn-only functions
* cleaned up unrefactored code
