* fixed stupid bug in the evaluation of transient markings
* added command line parameter "--og" to generated a OG file (poorly tested)
* added more comments here and there
* tidied main() function
* replaced "!?" prefix by "#" for synchronous communication
* fixed some precedence issues in formula output (too few parentheses were set)
