Log:
* fixed a bug in the "--show/-s" parameter: now multiple arguments are allowed
* transient markings are "hidden" at the end of the marking array rather than
set to NULL -- this avoids later comparisons and enables future diagnosis
* tidied the file output (node color and final nodes are not featured)
