Log:
* implemented parameter "--diagnosis" which currently avoids deletion of
transient states
* implemented parameter "-s allstates" to show waitstates and transient
markings in the dot output (implies --diagnosis parameter)
* simplified the StoredKnowledge class by giving it direct access to the
command line parameters
