Log:
* tidied up Libtool support:
1. You need GNU Libtool to execute "autoreconf -i"
2. You don't need anything to execute "./configure" or "make"
* the built library is called "libpnapi.la" now (before it was "libpnapi.a")
* added "--include-getopt" parameter to Gengetopt for Radon compatibility
