* added "watermark" to generated operating guidelines (generator, platform,
invocation string)
* added current Petri Net API
* added error message in case 2-bit annotation shall be computer for nets
with synchronous communication
* added more statistics to the StoreKnowledge class
* some tidying up (comments, warnings)
