Log:
* removed explicite mentions for ALL_OTHER_PLACES_EMPTY,
ALL_OTHER_[EXTERNAL|INTERNAL]_PLACES_EMPTY, ALL_PLACES_EMPTY (a flag is used
instead)
* flags can be used like propositions in C code (see bug #13969 for an example)
* adjusted owfn output format
* adjusted owfn parser
* a place will not be deleted if it occurs in the final condition
