* implemented synchronous labels in Automaton classes
* convertion sa2sm respects synchronous labels (both: Automaton method and
sa2sm io-manipulator) => half-fixing bug #13968
* added regression testcase
* introduced sa2sm manipulator to sa2sm.cc (utils) as comments (might be
shorter)
