Log:
* updated to latest version of PNAPI due to several issues that were fixed
* Marlene should compile as native Win32 binary now (most likely path to wendy
must be provided in this case)
* controller is only converted to an open net as state machine due to an issue
in the PNAPI (see bug #13968 < https://gna.org/bugs/?13968>)
* added two simple test cases
