Log:
* did a lot of refactoring, moved functions/ attributes of StoredKnowledge to
Knowledge
* made some code in Knowledge.cc more robust (usage of std::map)
* hopefully, increased code coverage by adding test cases for checking
synchronous communication together with livelock freedom and reduction rule
"quit as soon as possible"
