Log:
* changed --lookup/-L option. Lookup table for lp_solve is now of unbounded
size but can be limited artificially.
+ add option --droppast/-D. Past jobs are normally remembered for comparison
with future jobs to avoid repeating the same job. With this option, the memory
used for past jobs can be limited.
