Log:
* switched off TEXINFO_TEX usage. The documentation says:
However, if you set the TEXINFO_TEX variable (see below), it
overrides the location of the file and turns off its installation
into the source as well as its distribution.
(http://www.gnu.org/software/automake/manual/html_node/Texinfo.html).
I'd rather have the file provided by _any_ Automake then to hope for the
best at runtime...
