* moved termination handlers and exit handler to new struct Handlers
(implemented in Handlers.{cc,h})
* LoLA now reacts to signals to ensure proper termination
* documented command line parameters
* tidied and documented Reporter and Socket classes
* remote termination now works on a shared secret concept
* remote addresses can be specified as hostname or IPv4 address
