7146162: javax/management/remote/mandatory/connection/BrokenConnectionTest.java failing intermittently Summary: ClientCommunicatorAdmin should call gotIOException((IOException)e) instead of restart((IOException)e) when detecting a communication error, because the method gotIOException will send a failure notification if necessary.
