See CR for details. I also relocated AdaptiveBlocking001.java in the list so it is not mixed in with SA tests, and removed serviceability/sa/TestHeapDumpForLargeArray.java since it was moved to the resorucehogs directly long ago, and there is already separate entry that reflects the new location.
