No, I'm sorry, I don't have the cycles over to drive such a thing. I appreciate the work you are doing but I am unable to help with anything apart from reviewing. So if you think you want to do this library by library, then do so, and if so keep this PR. Or maybe you can publish a PR that updates all libraries, and try to gather feedback from it.
