Here is the final status.
I've had to copy the file to my $JBOSS_HOME/server/{servername}/lib folder.
The file was not present in my version of Jboss 4.0.5 GA must be because of the
option I've selected when installing jboss (EJB3 not clustered).
So my next question is since it's not guaranteed that this file would be
included in the lib path of JBoss isn't it better to always include it ? And
suff like common loggin which are guaranteed to be there removed ?
