Cluster, non-XML file transfer

    Looks like Cluster does not work on "non-XML" file transfer: (ERROR
msg:"Content is not allowed in prolog"). But I do know, JMS-binding works on
"non-XML" file transfer too.  Any idea, we can make "Cluster" work on
"non-XML" file transfer also?
