As a product from the Apache Software Foundation (though still in incubation and not fully endorsed by the ASF), ServiceMix is distributed under an Apache license, and all its dependencies have to be apache license compatible. That's the main reason why the JBoss integration is still hosted at CodeHaus and not at Apache. In all cases, we do not have any GPL or LGPL dependencies, so you do not have to worry.
