also you should take a look at the examples provided in the distribution.
I hope i will soon have time to write a doc about the servicemix-lwcontainer.
Basically, you zip a servicemix.xml file to build a SU. You just have
to change the <sm:container /> tag to <sm:serviceunit /> (and remove
attributes).
