This was all fixed on the HEAD (which is considered
servicemix-3.0-SNAPSHOT and will be servicemix-3.0-M2) back in early
May. I've also just made some additional fixes today to bring things
up to date again with Apache ActiveMQ and Apache ServiceMix.
