I have a servicemix configuration as follows:

Stomp client => ActiveMQ (/topic/request) => JCA => ServiceMix => JMSSender
=> ActiveMQ (/topic/reply) => Stomp client

When I set a header named "correlation-id", the returned JMS message
received on the reply channel does not contain the header -- it is missing.

Here is where it gets confusing. If I spell the header "Correlation-id", the
returned message contains the header "Correlation-id" as expected.

Why does the all lower case spelling of correlation-id cause it to dissapear
from the returned message?

Here are the commands I use with the Ruby Stomp client:
c = Stomp::Client.new
c.send("/topic/request", "<msg>foo</msg>", {'correlation-id'=>'435'})
