NullPointerException in Maven JBI Plugin

Building a service assembly using the jbi-plugin will fail in 
JbiServiceAssemblyDescriptorWriter:87 if the description tag is missing 
from the POM.xml of an associated service unit. Need some more 
validation on these files or some null value trapping.
