Sorry forgot to mention it before. I built tooling from the source and
the JBI plugin worked like a charm. 
The only place where it fails is if there are no components in the
service unit. Not a big worry but is there any way to avoid this.

The build process has some problems and all nightly snapshots deployment
fail.
I will notify the list as soon as this issue is fixed (and a snapshot
deployed).
