Have you tried the client API ? See http://servicemix.goopen.org/site/client-api.html If you use a sendSync, the call will be blocked until it is processed.

Hi there, Does anyone know how I can send a message from extern to the servicebus? * I dont want to put a file in a directory and then having a servicemix component frequently polling this folder for some new flatfiles * I also dont want to put a message in a Active Messagequeue having a servicemix component that is frequently polling this MessageQueue if sth. has changed. Both ways are PASSIVE talking. It is like speaking sth. onto the answering machine and hoping that after a while so. is passing by and will listen to my message. The solution should be, that the extern component sends the message ACTIVE and invokes directly the programmed action. my problem is, that i have a java client and this client uses a corba service. This corbaservice should send sth. to the bus and should get an answer back. I dont want to install my orb to the bus either :-) Is this possible and how? If not, where is the mistake in my thinking?
