What the contained build-script does (which is basically the build-script from the old soap-binding) is laying out directories and copying the zip-files for the components and the service assemblies it creates to these directories. You can also adapt the script and then copy the components and after that the service assembly to the specified directory. Please let me know if you're interested in that.
