I used XFire 1.2-RC just to check if this would solve the problem but I get
a slightly different error:
com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxUnexpectedCharException: Unexpected character '-' (code
45) in prolog; expected '<'
at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [2,1]
It appears that the SOAP request structure being created in 1.1.1 is
different from 1.2. Eitherway the error remains. Any ideas?
