Recently I often got this exception when using two
servicemix as a cluster.

In one servicemix, there is a HttpBC and SaajBC connecting a
webserviceA,
in another servicemix, there is a SaajBC connecting a webserviceB,
this two SaajBC have the same service name in each servicemix.xml,
so the HttpBC's destinationservice has two endpoint.
When I send request via HttpBC, the exception above occurs time and
time, and both two servicemix print out the exception, then the request is
blocked and no response return.
