This should work out of the box. The servicemix-http component
will put attachments on the mime HTTP request as attachments
on the JBI message.  If you want to receive them in the
jsr181 component, you will have to use MTOM as described at
http://servicemix.goopen.org/site/servicemix-jsr181.html

I tried it using the jsr181 component but I'm not able to access the
