Hi.
What is the filename of your .jar to deploy ? I remember that there is
the same problem if there is a space caracter in the .jar filename.

I have 2 hypotheses for your pb : (1)
wtp-all-in-one-sdk-R-1.5.3-win32.zip may not belong to the Callisto
release, or (2) this .zip may not include some plugin you need.
